The Garmin Nuvi series has been delivering one hi-tech model after another and the 7x5 series is considered to be the ultimate in modern navigation devices. If you tend to get nervous while approaching busy intersections or while having to take exits from busy highways, the Nuvi 785T is just right for you. The Lane Assist feature appears almost magically when your vehicle is nearing any highway intersections. It not only shows you the road signs and junctions along your route but also will direct you, with the help of a large arrow, to the exact lane you have to navigate into. So no more stressing about proper lane selection.

The other feature unique to the Nuvi 785T is its inbuilt ability to use MSN Direct for traffic alerts. Most other 7X5 models use an FM receiver to get real-time alerts so that you are kept updated about the traffic situation on your route. Not just traffic, MSN Direct can keep updating you about the weather locally and in the areas you are traveling to, stock prices, and any local news. In addition, you can get the latest information about the best deals for gas prices, what movie is playing where and any interesting local events. All this is made available to you through the MSN Direct receiver that is part of the power adapter and hence needs no special installation.

If you do not require the full-fledged services of MSN Direct, you may want to consider the 765T, which provides the ability to get traffic updates through a FM receiver. The 755T on the other hand is just the very base model featuring neither the MSN Direct services nor Bluetooth integration.
